I tried a selection of four products from the range. First up, the Spice of Life body wash with lemongrass and ginger. The thick, syrupy liquid smelt sweet and almost herby. It lathered up really well, and left my skin smelling lightly of the product after use.
Next up was the In Safe Hands hand cream. With ingredients including evening primrose, calendula and marshmallow, the goodness could be seen from the ingredients alone! On application, the cream was thick and slightly greasy, but my thirsty skin absorbed it pretty quickly. The smell was almost savoury, and unfortunately not for me.
I then tried the Thirsty Work day moisturiser and Bright Eyes eye cream. The moisturiser was rich and creamy, with extracts of red raspberry, frankincense and hyaluronic acid to hydrate the skin. The Bright Eyes eye cream was foamy in texture, and was easy to apply under my tired eyes. The cream was absorbed nicely and I felt the benefits of witch hazel and flower extracts.
It’s easy to admire the Angela Langford range, with all the natural ingredients and the products are so carefully thought-out and created. For me, the aromas of the products were slightly too herby, but this range is fantastic for avid natural skincare fans.
