This was exactly how Alicia Lai felt when she made the decision to become Vegan after fifteen years as a Vegetarian. Australian-born Alicia was a podiatrist for seven years when she decided to set up ‘Bourgeois Boheme’ (www.bboheme.com), an animal and eco friendly boutique. Bourgeois Boheme, which started out as a hobby for Alicia and her husband Van, soon grew in popularity.
