The online magazine for men has just launched the ‘Boutique’, a one-stop, online shopping destination for all your sartorial needs. Complementing the mag – which revolves around all things style-orientated – the ‘Boutique’ comes with some pretty impressive credentials: it's is a collaboration between founder and editor of the site Gary Kingsnorth (ex fashion director of FHM & FHM Collections and Nick O’Donnell, ex menswear director/buyer for Harrods, Matches and Staff International.
It's ethos is basically ‘quality over quantity’. Kingsnorth and O’Donnell are offering a concise, simple but eclectic online shopping experience. Using their wealth of experience within the industry, each season they are scouring the fashion and trend landscape to bring the freshest, most up to date menswear shopping edit to the Boutique. So, effectively, they're doing the leg work for you and eliminating hours of trawling through sites (or shops) to find that key piece.
The ‘Boutique’ features a mix of brands from designer to high-street (nobody, but nobody dresses head-to-foot in 'labels'. And by coming together with existing online sites such as Matches, Oki-Ni and Selfridges, the ‘Boutique’ features both global and niche brands like Paul Smith, Comme des Garcons, Burberry, Folk, Humor, APC, Topman, All Saints, French Connection and Uniqlo. The ‘Boutique’ visual look is slick, clean and user friendly. There are then 12 key pieces in each category, as collated by Kingsnorth and O’Donnell.
