The Madchester band, who recently reformed after a 15-year split, will be playing the festivals in Scotland, Spain and Japan in 2012 as part of their world tour.
The band - made up of Ian Brown, John Squire, Gary 'Mani' Mounfield and Alan 'Reni' Wren - have already confirmed three homecoming gigs at Manchester's Heaton Park.
The concerts on June 29, June 30 and July 1, which will net them £10million, became the fastest selling rock gigs in UK history.
Stone Roses will reportedly earn more than £1million for each festival, according to The Sun, which claims the band are also in talks to play a big event in England.
At the press conference where they announced their reunion Brown said: 'This is a live resurrection, and you're invited, so you better be there,' he said.
'We've still got it in us. No one in the world can touch the Stone Roses when we play together.'
Fan site Thestoneroses.co.uk claimed that the group would be playing the iTunes Festival on July 16. |
