Luxury label Alexander McQueen has announced the spring 2012 opening of its McQ flagship store in London. Situated at a Georgian townhouse at 14 Dover Street, the four-storey retail space spans across 273 sq m and houses womenswear, menswear and accessories.

As a preview to the store opening, McQ will also showcase its autumn/winter 2012 collection with a catwalk show at February's London Fashion Week.

It is the first time McQ is to show at LFW since its launch; the mainline Alexander McQueen collection will continue to show at Paris Fashion Week.
